Katie serves as Fan Research Coordinator for FanTrust and our clients, sourcing competitive intelligence in digital entertainment and supporting FanTrust.com.

Born and raised in Orange County, California, Katie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree at McGill University.

While there, she became editor-and-chief of a student-run, start-up online publication. She then went on to serve as coordinator for a Web 2.0 company based in Newport Beach, California, where she analysed collaborative online behaviour, conducted market research, served as online community moderator and assisted in the development of a fledgling community site.
